Avecindar helps people discover homes, publish listings and arrange contact. Tenancy agreements are made with the property’s advertiser.

Information for decisions
Prices, charges, guarantees and availability belong to each advertiser. Unknown costs are not zero and estimates are not quotes. Confirm conditions before reserving, paying or signing. The platform does not certify every advertiser’s identity, authority or availability.
Your account
Provide accurate information and protect your account. Do not impersonate others, publish their private information or access someone else’s account or private data.
Publishing responsibilities
Only offer properties you have authority to advertise and content you have rights to use. Provide real photos, accurate prices and charges, conditions and accepted guarantees. Keep listings up to date and remove unavailable homes. Fraudulent, misleading and illegal listings are prohibited.
Your photos and text
Publishing authorises Avecindar to store, process and display your content to operate the listing and its shared links. Processing may resize photos and remove metadata. Ownership of your content does not transfer. You can withdraw a listing; file and backup cleanup follows the privacy explanation.
External sources and claims
External listings identify their source and link to the original website. They do not represent a partnership or exclusivity. Rights holders may report errors, request removal or claim authority over a listing. Reports are reviewed; submission does not establish rights or automatically transfer management.
Visits and agreements
A request does not guarantee a visit. Both sides must accept a time for direct listings. External visits are arranged with the advertiser. Avecindar does not collect rental deposits or rent payments through these features.
Moderation and changes
We may hide listings or restrict access because of abuse, security risks or violations, and review submitted reports. We record the terms version accepted when publishing. These terms do not limit rights under applicable law.
